Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for packages, listings, promotions, or any other services on Zyplist are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Package Cancellation

Once a package or service is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or reversed after payment is successfully completed.

3. Service Activation

Services are considered active immediately after successful payment processing or as per system workflow. No refunds will be issued even if the service has not been used.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of a failed or duplicate transaction, users may contact support for verification. If verified, appropriate resolution will be provided (such as service correction), but not cash refunds.
